Tenant Screening & Placement
All of our applicants participate in a full credit, criminal and past evictions background check to ensure credibility and protect your investment. Our prospective tenant vetting process includes a credit, criminal and eviction analysis. We carefully screen prior rental history and require references. Along with a strong income requirements and verification, you can feel safe the tenants we place are highly vetted and very low risk.
All clients will receive monthly statements for their properties with Year-to-Date and current information on property finances, maintenance requests, and income/expense reports.

Handle Maintenance Requests & Emergencies
You can provide us with your preferred vendors or use ours. Never worry about who will be available while you’re away. We are available to assist and coordinate repairs and maintenance for tenants and properties 7 days a week. We conduct periodic inspections and address all maintenance in a timely manner with pre-qualified licensed professionals. Tenants are able to get in touch with the on-call property management staff with their maintenance requests at any time of the day, 365 days a year.
